Our network combines facilities run by Europ Assistance, which is owned by Generali, with directly contracted providers and our network of partner networks worldwide.

Our dedicated Provider Relations Network Specialists also constantly build relationships and sign contracts with new providers and services, to ensure we always offer the best support at the best price.

And we support our provider community to make sure members receive consistent service wherever they are, while regularly reviewing existing contracts to make sure the high standards we expect of providers never drop. 

 

For our providers: fast, straightforward applications

Members and plan administrators can nominate providers to join our network, and we are always interested to hear from providers themselves. More than 95% of nominated providers become part of our Corporate Medical Network within 60 days.
